Translations certification

Before affixing a certifying signature, an examination of the quality of the translation is carried out, and corrections are made to the translation if necessary.

Please send documents that require certification in advance.

Certification may take 1 to 3 days, depending on the volume of the document.

Providing a notarized translation does not belong to the sphere of responsibility of the center.

But we do our best to help you.

Recommendations for preparing translations for certification

– it is necessary to translate the original text ultimately, without omissions and contractions,

– addresses in a foreign language may not be translated (leave them in the original language), but it is desirable to translate the name of the city/state/province/country.

Passport translation:

• only the first page of the passport (the photo page) and the page with the biometric data/addresses/names of relatives (if available) are translated,
• The country code (above) can be left in the original version,
• the alphanumeric code at the bottom of the page may not be specified

Transfer of invoices for payment

• The name of the foreign bank, as well as the abbreviation SWIFT/IBAN/BIC/ABA, can be left in the original version (in Latin),
• The format of representing numbers in many European countries and the USA: 10,565.33 (ten thousand five hundred sixty-five and 33 hundredths),
• the address of the bank in a foreign language may not be translated (leave it in the original language), but it is preferable to translate the name of the city/state/province/country.
