Англійська для красунь: секрети макіяжу від голлівудської актриси

Сьогодні дівчата дуже часто шукають секрети ідеального макіяжу (make up, make over, facepainting) в інтернеті. Актриси, моделі та інші знаменитості діляться своїми таємницями (secrecy, secret, mystery, riddle) у спеціальних відео, у яких розповідають про те, як доглядають за собою (beauty routine).

Аби ви змогли правильно користуватися цими підказками (clue, hint, tip, tooltip, prompt), пропонуємо вам урок «красивої англійської».

Американська актриса та модель Лілі Коллінз розповіла про свою універсальну (day-to-night) підготовку до «виходу у світ» (to go out). Актриса обрала французький стиль (french girl look) зі свіжим, заледве помітним макіяжем (no makeup makeup look).

«I gonna take you through clean day-to-night look with a little nod to Parisian glamor», – каже Лілі.

Актриса рекомендує почати день з використання роликів для обличчя з ефірними оліями (essential oils): «It really wakes you up and really helps alleviate (полегшити) headaches (головний біль) if you ever have any. It’s a good way to start the day».

Наступний крок – очищувальний засіб для обличчя (cleanser): «A little bit in my hand». Лілі наносить очищувач за допомогою спеціальної щіточки (cleansing brush).

«I started taking care of my skin (skin care), when I was really young. I always remember my mom having so many beauty steps (процедури догляду) before bed and she always smell so good after all of them. And her skin look so clean and clear. And within my job I have so much make up every day after filming and it would be so much easier just to get to bed with everything on, but it’s bad for your skin. So I think I just become really vigilant (пильна) with cleaning my skin every night», – ділиться порадою Лілі.

Після цього дівчина пропонує використовувати тонік (toner): «I use tone with witch hazel (чаклунський горіх), because it’s such a classic».

Наступний крок – сироватка (serum): «So next I use serum with vitamin c (вітамін C) and it gives my skin such a healthy glow. All you do is tap the top (натиснути кришку) to get some of it. And then you just do a couple little drops and apply (наносити, застосовувати) softly to your skin».

Після сироватки Лілі застосовує масажер для обличчя (face massager, roller), який часто кладе у холодильник чи морозилку, щоб він додатково охолодився (to make it extra cold): «I love doing this because it really helps lock in (зафіксувати) that moisture (вологість) for the healthy glow (здоровий блиск)».

«You have to, by the way, roll it outwards. You never want to come back and forth. You want to do it towards the lymph nodes (лімфовузли) and you just do it, until you feel like your skin is extra set and firm (підтягнута)», – додала Лілі.

Для додаткового зволоження (hydration) вона також використовує спрей для обличчя (facial spray)

Далі настала черга губ: «So we use lip scrub (скраб для губ) that I rub it in and exfoliate (відлущувати) all over. Cause when you later apply your lipstick, you definitely want it to go evenly. I love to a little bit of lip balm (бальзам для губ), just before we start the makeup process».

Потім йдуть такі процедури: нанесення сонцезахисного крему (sunscreen) чи основи під макіяж (primer).

Після цього наносимо тональний крем (foundation, concealer). Для кращого ефекту актриса пропонує змішати його з сироваткою: «So what I like to do is put about a quarter size and mix with several drops of serum, because this makes more medium coverage. And it adds back that healthy, radiant (блискучий) glow».

Дівчина наносить крем крапками (dots) по всьому обличчю і розтирає їх губкою (sponge).

«I always loved fresh, clear skin. Less is more. I’ve always said: the less you have on your face, the less it is to go wrong throughout day», – розповідає Лілі.

Далі – черга пудри (powder), яку потрібно наносити рівномірно: «I gonna make sure that I am totally even everywhere». А потім – рум’ян (blush).

«One thing that I never forget is that when I was younger, I hadn’t really fully embraced (прийняти) how naturally pale (бліда, білосніжна) my skin was. And so therefore I wanted that kind of LA tanned glow (засмаглий відтінок тих, хто живе у Лос-Анджелесі), and I fully used tanner (крем-автозагар) on my face a little bit too much. I had too much bronzer (бронзатор) and I never really put it on (наносити косметику) correctly. So I had a bit of mishap (казус, прикрість). Now that’s taught me how to embrace and enhance (покращити) the radiance of my skin being lighter, but also allowing angles of my face to stand out (виділятися) as well», – розповідає Лілі.

Важливою частиною ритуалів краси актриси є турбота за бровами (brows): «It’s all about the brows. So first I gonna use highlighter (хайлайтер) in a very different way. I take the brush and very lightly swipe it across my eyelid (повіка). I like to make sure that I’m putting it just under the brow to enhance and highlight (підкреслити, виділити) the shape of the brow. Cause for me shape is a key».

Далі Лілі розчісує (to brush out) брови щіточкою і переходить до підводки для очей (liner, eyeliner). «I use liquid (рідкий) liner. I go in real close to the mirror and I usually like pull back my eye a little bit. And now the key is matching it to the other side, which is not always the easiest», – продовжує дівчина.

Довершує картину туш для вій (mascara): «I’m also gonna use that brow brush that I used and lightly sweep through these to make sure that they (вії – eyelashes) feel extra separated».

Для губ актриса обирає нейтральний колір: «Сause we are going for a more «no makeup makeup look» and we accentuating (підкреслювати) more of the eye, I decided to go with a nude».

Аби освіжити зачіску? вона використовує сухий шампунь та спрей для волосся: «You don’t always have to shower and have your hair look perfect to have that kind of “je ne suis que” (повсякденний образ) thing. I’m add a little bit of dry shampoo and lightly spray».

«Next one is like such a real thing that we all do on daily basis – you got to put some deodorant (дезодорант) on. Then we move on to hand cream (крем для рук), rubbing (втирати) all that in. Now we onto the last step before I change, which is perfume (парфуми)», – додає Лілі.

Дівчина зазвичай парфумить шию (just do a little spray on my neck) і зап’ястя (I always spray my wrist, just do a little tap). «And sometimes I spray the air. Just let it fall all over me», – підсумовує Лілі Коллінз.
